waiting for new IP
is unnecessary on a finished, extracted dl, when there is another (9 minutes) waiting for the same host - at least I think ( [várakozás új Ip-re] in Hungarian) .
I found this with Filefactory, but probably it is independent from the host.
Edit:
After the 9 minutes wait finished, I got back Extract OK.
