Default Real Debrid problem

Some times ago I've started get problems with my account like this:
when I start download from different hosters (for now I can remember uploaded, oboom) JD2 gets 5-7 Mb of file and restart download and this is repeating endlessly.
This problem appears and disappears near everyday, I can't find system and specifically repeat it.

This is example log from uploaded when problem is appear: 11.04.14 10.07.07to11.04.14 10.07.08 jdlog://8200563166931/

In the same time the same link downloads fine with browser on real-debrid.com site.
BTW, you can find http-proxy in the log, I've tried without proxy - result is exactly the same.

Set max chunks to 1, reset all failed downloads and try again!

Hi from a quick analysis of your logs, I believe this is been caused by the http proxy which your using. It blocks chunking, so you will need to force 1 chunk and no more. Browser only ever uses a single chunk so that's why it works. Since this is directly related to you using that given proxy, it's neither something we at JDownloader should address (within the plugin), nor real-debrid. It will effect all our supported sites using chunking over 1. I'm not even sure you could even resume with a single chunk, you should test to confirm on a small file.

"Houston, we have a problem"
I removed proxy at all, increase max chunks to 4 again and got the same effect,
log: 11.04.14 15.37.05to11.04.14 15.37.06 jdlog://8120563166931/

So I think it's not my proxy...
BTW, I use this proxy 3-4 years for now and not changed a bit in proxy config or binary since that time, but problem start appear 3-4 weeks ago only.

Supermarks...

They told u to decrease ur chunks to "1" so whyd u turn it back up to "4"???

I had the same issue (start/stop endlessly) with OLget till i did the "1" chunk trick......it does the job!

MrGonzo,
they said that problem with my http proxy, so I make tests which show problem is not proxy.
BTW, without proxy with chunks "1" or "4" problem exist for me.

Psp, just for test to be sure the reason is not proxy.
So, for now I waiting for some changes in JD2 code to support more chunks, right?

No - the chunks fail because the server says "no".

I think all we're saying here overall is proxy or no proxy, this issue either way requires u to use "1" chunk setting and ONLY "1"

Its the only way around the problem for now.

I could reproduce the issue the other day, but not today when I bought it up with my real-debrid contact. What is happening was caused by real-debrid backend. My contact said he would fix the underlying issue.
