Default uploaded, oboom "can not add an account for the reason wrong logins

Hello, when I try to get a premium account in JD2 it said:
"can not add an account for the reason wrong logins"
I have 2 premium accounts Uploaded on one and one on Oboom.
I am running win 7. 64
how to solve the problem?

Please post a log.
Have you tried adding the accounts by typing in the logindata (instead of copy & paste)?

Just to let you know, I had a similar problem:
30.01.15 23.27.48to31.01.15 23.47.01 jdlog://3537237732241/

Manually entering (rather than copy and pasting) the username and password fixed it.

This is no JD bug.
Sometimes when you copy/paste things, additional characters like spaces get added and you won't even notice this.
Of course we could auto-remove them but passwords CAN also contain- or end with spaces so that's why we don't do that
