I recently reformatted my computer and wanted to reinstall Jdownloader.
I downloaded the file from the rapidshare mirror and opened the folder. After clicking on run button to start the installation I get the windows error noise and nothing happens. I tried downloading multiple times and even uninstalled and reinstalled java. I am lost and do not know what else I can do.

extract the zip to any folder (eg c:\jdownloader) and then start the exe
DO NOT run from inside the archive!
