You have to configure the addon JDTrayIcon, then the JD will popup when grabbing links.

Post the upper part of JD screen to make sure your settings are correct.

I also lost the link importing after updating JDownloader.
It still imports Rapidshare.com but not other hosts.
Using "Add URL" it still does not import links.

Although in "premium hosts" my Megaupload.com login is recognized it does not show on the status bar as it used to.
