Default Speed problem with fileserver?

Hello everyone!

Has anyone had a problem downloading something with "fileserver"?

My speed is always very slow, something like, 30~150KBPS (my connection is 10MB).. As the same time, if I start a download using another server (e.g., MegaUpload), the speed of it goes very high, but fileserver ones stays the same..

So I think the problem is with the server.. I have sent them an e-mail trying to explain the situation, and they said to use another download manager.. But, if megaupload works fine, fileserver should also, no?

Any ideas?

Cheers!

I think you mean "fileserve.com" and not "fileserver".
If you're a fileserve.com freeuser the slow speed is normal.

EDIT

2 ways to get more speed:
1.Don't use fileserve.com anymore (use other hosters instead).
2.Buy premium for fileserve.com, then you should have no speedlimits anymore.

Yes, hehe, I meant "fileserve", sorry.. :(

That is the problem. I have bought 1 month premium user, and still getting low speeds.. Now is 200KBPS, that stills low :(

EDIT

Fileserve support said "have you tried to post something on jDownloader forum? They can help you", ahhaha.. This is very funny, they must give me support..

@thomass
Did you add your fileserve premium account into JD ?
Please post a screenshot of your JD while downloading from fileserve.

Strange, very strange.. Now that I sent to them an e-mail complaining about their support, my speed is normal on fileserve.. hahaha.. And yes, the premium was enabled before!

Try to increse the maximum Connections per file (buttom right corner) or/and the maximum simultan downloads and you'll have better speeds.

Whatever, this is no JD problem.
I hope you know your connection speed because it could be that you're already downloading with your full connection speed

Default Same issue, same solution

Just wondering if this is a coincidence, but I was having the same problem during the last few days. I found this post, and decided to do the same.

I have logged in into my fileserve account, and submitted a notification of my issue. In the very moment I hit the submit button, the download speed raised up from 50kB/s to 3MB/s. I have been downloading at 50kB/s for several days. This seems no coincidence.

lve always found JDownloader to be pretty good and other downloaders like IDM to be crap on fileserve, problem is whatever they have done yesterday has rendered my JDownloader useless.. checking around to see if there is a fix on the way.

What exactly isn't working? Only FSe links?

What about some example links and a complete and detailed log?
