Default i can't use jd with megaupload

Hello everybody, i'm sorry but i'm italian and i don't speak english very well.
I use: Windows Xp Home Edition (Service Pack3), JD (v0.9.579), firefox (Java Console v6.0.15 and Java Quick Starter v1.0).
I have a problem: i can't use jd with megaupload, but i can download files from rapidshare. Example, this is my jd log:

I can't use JD to download files from megaupload. I do a screen because i don't know how explain:

Edit: Today i have reinstalled JD and Java on my computer but i have always the same problem.

I use ZoneAlarm Security Suite v8.0.015.000 and Avast v4.8 Home Edition.

please setup firewall/av correct. when its working in browser then it must also work in jd. if not, then firewall/av block it (not unusual)

easiest way to try is to remove firewall/av, restart computer and try again.

You are right. When i shut down Zone Alarm, JD works correctly.

Read the manual if there is one or ask their support. They might have a forum as well.

try the following
1.) add java.exe and javaw.exe to exclude list of firewall (both are in c:\program files\java\bin)
2.) try to disable or exclude webscan/http/www scanning (this often causes such issues)
3.) disable single modules of firewall and see if it works then, when we know what module is causing it, we can better help
