Hello, i have been used letitbit and activated skymonk with JD2 for months, the problems started with skymonk activated, I need to disable it for download with letibit, and the email activation dont work anymore.
Im not using letibit user account for download (free or premium).

I disabled skymonk and I have been downloading 1 file at time, for weeks, but today jdowloader cant download letibit links, it says "try to restart link" in all the links i try. I can download this links manually with Firefox without any problem,

letitbit skymonk metod works fine for me.... however yesterday I had the same problem, it was solved by restarting the connection.

and the e-mail for activation does not work, this problem is known by the developer, in this case you need for the plugin update...

Thank you very much, i dont restart the connection, but have no used JDownloader with letitbit about 10 hours and when try again to download it works.

We already know about this.

The E-Mail activation doesn't work.
If you want you can install the original Skymonk software (be careful, it contains Adware!!) and check if you can activate your E-Mail (enter a vlid E-Mail).

It also doesn't work inside the Skymonk software since 4 days ... And the developers from Skymonk don't give any feedback ...

I try to install the program but would not let me, even allegedly it was installed successfully but the program never started, and sometimes my connection crashes when I tried to start the program. Apparently they released a new version (Skymonk 2.1), maybe from there is where the problem comes; perhaps they are experiencing temporary problems.

I have an account and I am using it without problems (but it was activated two weeks ago).

Hmm so it seems like the problem is on their side.
We're using the same functions they use in their programm so as long as it's broken on their side, we cannot do anything...

But what me drives so crazy: I've bought premium traffic and still have 800 GB. I think this was a big error.

Update: The Skymonk software doesn't accept any cell phone number, even from already activated accounts.

Ok, since now (Skymonk 2.1.1) everything is ok again when using the software.

Yes, at now the activation by mail in the skymonk program works, but in jdownloader dont work...

Note that Skymonk is an extra and whenever an extra doesn't work correctly it's not nice to keep complaining about it although we already know about it.

This should only happen if you reach the daily limit (you should get a simple text message via browser when trying to download then).
You can skip the limit by reconnecting.

Hello, today i update jdownloader 2 Beta, and I thing that I have skymonk activated, look inside the plugin and there is no option to activate skymonk, now is activated by default right?
I can download more than 1 file per time, like before.

About a week ago I could download several files from letibit a the same time, but only with 3 KiB/s, now since about 3, 4 days download speed is about 50 KiB/s as before, but I can only download 1 file. Use Skymonk is activated. Still some problems with Skymonk?
