Remote proxy list import
Hi,
Request: Automatically load remote proxy list (http link) -(**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**) Options: Reload list every XX minutes/hours. Old IP should be replaced with new list. Rapidgator & other host are blocking static Proxy IP's for some users, there are proxy providers with dynamic IP lists API, refreshed every ~30 minutes. Proxy list formats: Code:
Login:Password@IP:PORT http://]Login:Password@IP:PORT IP:PORT IP:PORT read as http://IP:PORT Optional format: IP:Port with login&password set when submitting proxylist URL |

I'd decline this request but let's see what other users & the devs say...

in JD2, we support proxy lists already but user has to enter them in themselves (settings /connection manager > import button, copy paste or as file (should load URL also)). We also support PAC which can load remotely from URL. Not sure about automatically maintaining proxy list support, see what coalado says about this ticket.

Can JD2 load PAC from local hard drive?
I do use autoupdate proxy lists, such as autoproxy autoproxy2pac. And there is a more annoying situation: some urls of these lists only can access through proxy Last edited by blaster00; 31.08.2014 at 03:45. |

Think it's been made for networks in mind, where the pac is provided remotely. I assume you can use a file:// and point it to local path

This type of proxy lists are popular in SEO community, 100% working proxy checked every 5-10 minutes. Im using one with format like:
IP:PORT IP:PORT accessed via HTTP unique API link. (10 IPs for less then 2 EUR / month; ideal for free downloads 50-100KB/s) Each time i start JD2 i must manually import fresh list. (old IPs in 80% not working on next day). |
