Please post some example links so i can test it in the browser to find out if they block JD but i don't think they block JD.
Extabit decides how much speed their freeusers get

I checked in Chrome 7. Averaged speed of 7-8 KB/sec. In the JDownloader do not know if the exact speed, but shows there is very unstable 2-3 KB/sec / 10-14 KB/sec

Inability to resume through JDownloader :(. When the download is interrupted. We must start early to download it :(. This is a very strict and not acceptable at such a low download speeds.

These are symptoms of a suffering host. This host surged at the end of 2009 and is now declining (source: alexa.com). I wouldn't be surprised if it would die soon or be bought by a competitor.

It's not a JD bug, it's a extabit problem.
