SuperLoad.cz stopped working
HI,
currently I cannot download ul.to via SuperLoad.cz. Also I do not see the remaining GB in my account. JD2 just displays unlimited, which is not true. Also the supported hosts for this multihoster that displayed before are missing. This has worked fine on October 16, 2014, 01:29:55 But today I did not even get a uploaded.to_superload.cz.log file in the logs folder. |

Please post a log.
We use an API for their service so chances are high that the issues are caused by serverside problems but we'll see in the log GreeZ psp

Try your superload.cz account with browser, remove from JD and add again, if still doesn't work, PM your account so we can fix it.

Yes, that was what also confused me. There is nothing in the logs except an empty accountCheck_superload.cz.log.0
I have PMed you guys my account details. Sorry there is only about 500MB left in it, but I think it is enough for testing. I can login fine on their homepage with it. |

are the files your trying to download larger than available traffic quota? 531MiB ? If that's the case, it's not been used because core determines you do not have enough download traffic available to start download.
It could also be not been used because a individual host has been removed from the supported host array due to issue on the multihoster side.

using the provided links, superload reports back that the file is not found. JD2 doesn't trust multhosters file not found status. JD2 then tries next available download candidate, which in your case is free. This is intended behaviour, if it's downloadable in browser or jd free modes please take this issue up with superload.cz and indicate to them that there backend reports files not found when they are online!

Did you find out why the list of supported hosters and the remaining quota are no longer shown when I mouse-over the multihoster? Is this an API problem then?
I think that maybe something in the superload plugin might be broken as of a recent JDownloader update. EDIT: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** error: 404 That could be the problem... Last edited by somedood; 21.10.2014 at 21:45. |

there is nothing wrong with our plugin, its all caused by server side issues in superloads api. Please take it up with superload admin.

Alright. Thanks for checking it out. JD support is top notch, as always.
Most commercial paid-for-support could learn from you. |
