Default JD queries \tmp\update\* hundreds of times per second

Looking with procmon (sysinternals) at JD revealed, that the process queries dozens of times per second some text files in that directory.

An example:
CreateFile C:\Program Files (x86)\JDownloader 2.0\tmp\update\package_1404586531472.awf.info
QueryNetworkOpenInformationFile C:\Program Files (x86)\JDownloader 2.0\tmp\update\package_1404586531472.awf.info
CloseFile C:\Program Files (x86)\JDownloader 2.0\tmp\update\package_1404586531472.awf.info

You can see the attached image - the log you see there happens in 0.003seonds(!) so this process of querying that file happens hundreds of times per second.

Maybe you want to tone that down a bit...

Is this still valid? Can you give me more Information? for example:

When does this happen? Always? After a certain time? Only after an update, Only if Updates are pending?....
