The rapidgator.net plugin is broken.

The funny thing about rules is that if you're not a slave but a master you can just ignore them. Most people feel like slaves, so they obediently respect them. That's how elites can become so powerful.
Most rules and laws exist because the power elites don't have the technical nor scientific skills to solve problems in a technical way.
