Default Parsing custom cookies onto site?

I did do a quick search (Search being "Cookie", read everything on the first page) and I didn't see anything like this, now, this would REALLY be useful for me:

Custom cookies per host and per link

Reason why, you may ask? Answer would be, well, MULTIPLE REASONS, list time:
  1. For the people who steal accounts (May I add, not me), but can only acquire cookies, this helps them
  2. For the reason I want (I'm a legit fag): Sites which make you fill out a single captcha when you start browsing, then everything from there on is a http downloader (but, if you haven't done the captcha then it makes you do it again, so, in my browser I can download fine, in jDownloader it detects a captcha .png)
  3. Why not?

I'd personally love that, because, downloading at 100Kbps in my browser < Downloading at 400Kbps in jDownloader.

Note: The user would obviously just type it into a text box, such as:

variableOne=valueOne;variableTwo=valueTwo;

so you pretty much have to do no extracting/reformatting of data.
