Default novafile

Hope this is the right place where to post this question.
Today I've downloaded a file from Novafile. From that moment it seems impossible for me to download anything else from there. It keep saying "you reach the maximum ...wait 59 min".
Of course the "reconnect option" is activated (and it works). My question: is there any chance that JD send out my computer general ID? If not I don't understand how Novafile could "see" that I have previously downloaded a file.
Thanks

if you are using an account, this is the problem. The account saved information on how often you downloaded from the same server, that's why although you use the reconnection, the problem persists.

Try using the server without the account and should work fine and also the reconnection.

1) no log because I'm still using the 0.9.xx version of JD (I've set the automatic update and the one I'm using is the latest).
As far as I can see there isn't any log window close to "settings"
2) right now it seem that also the download via the browser doesn't work. I get the same message as posted before. This is really weird. It seems like it recognize me.
3) No. I haven't any account setted.

p.s. here is **External links are only visible to Supporters**.It is just one of the books I was trying to download. Let me know at least if it work for you. thanks a lot

the log is necessary to correct the problem, and post the link that you use to create a log.

If the download via browser does not work, perhaps the problem is with the server, not with JD.

1) wrong, there is a log, click the image in my post above, it shows you how to create a log.
2) they could have implemented some weird feature, or just a bug within the xfilesharepro script which runs there website.

@tony2long
so that's the reason I can't downloaded it. Only for premium users ... how could I know?

@raztoki
this is what I see in JD

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I've followed the instructions but ... where is the log window as shown in the pic provided in the example (at the right of settings)

We would not know. The way they arrange it is unusual, use browser to understand. JD act according to their message, when it shows "You have reached the download limit for free users. Become a Premium User and download instantly at maximum speed!", we set the pllugin to wait until limit time is over, seems never over. You may try to contact them.

For log: If the Log tab is not visible, use → ? (menu) → Show Log.

I was somehow blind to the "?" in the menu
thanks

p.s.
I don't like Novafile policy of pretending that a file is freely downloadable when it is not. It should have been directly indicated in the page you open. I searched and found a substitutive link
