DASH Streams (ID 140 in case of AAC, or ID 251 in case of Opus) are both 128 kbit only.
But "best quality" the user expects to get...

the priority settings are at expert/advanced settings ( I dont know how it is called in a english jdownloader )
And there search for the youtube entries.
You should prioritize webm vp9 over mp4...

Youtube gives you A LOT more bitrate on the higher quality levels than 1080p.
1080p runs at only 4000 kbit (or 5000 kbit at HFR) - while 1440p already runs with 10000...
