Big mega folder causes performance issue

Big mega folder with > 180000 links causes link grabber to stop (or slow it down to a crawl) and the main window to react very slowly.

Seit den letzten paar Updates (~25-26. März) erscheint eine überflüssige Pixel-Linie obwohl JD maximiert ist (siehe Bild).

When you close the window (minimize to tray) while the capcha prompt is displayed and then open JDownloader again, the prompt can't be closed.

If the link grabber finds a link with an incredible lenght (in my case ~40k characters) it slows JDownloader down to a crawl.

Maybe it only has this problem with 'Plgin defect' links, since it...

The problem in the first picture can be solved with the advanced settings and the third one can be mitigated but for the second one I couldn't find the settings.
