Maybe there are some videos which are duplicated (have the same name)?
So JD omits the duplicated videos, and that's why it returns less of the amount that you can see in youtube website.

Because the problem can be caused by a corrupted file. One day I got a problem with yt plugin and reset didn't work, only delete that folder did the trick ;)
