- shut down all browser instances
- run ccleaner including registry cleaner
- restart browser

After that I at least didn't get...

do adblock or script redirect interfere with captchas in some way? seems unlikely...

and here's another one...

when downloading multiple parts of a rar, (xyz.part1.rar, xyz.part2.rar, etc...) it downloads the files correctly but in 4 out of 5 parts you get the "active task"...
