Katfile.com plugin does not check if file already exists before download attempt

reCAPTCHA is resolved with browser plugin, only afterwards the plugin checks if file already exists. In Free Mode, this wastes a download slot.

JD2 on OpenJDK 16.0.2 - working fine

FYI - running JD2 #44732 on latest OpenJDK 16.0.2 without noteable functional issues so far.

tested env. Windows Server 2019, W10 21H1

Several GUI issues (Font Sizing, Tooltips, File Dialogs)...
