i use myself graphical java on my nas with nx....

i use myself graphical java on my nas with nx. its not cpu eating and its not ram eating. you only have to tweak settings and gui settings. a console only will not be ready in near future

they do not support jdownloader, jdownloader does not run on it, they dont use any jdownloader code at all!! they only advertise to catch buyers....

you can change the port in webinterface settings...

we dont have console support at the moment , so you need some kind of remote desktop to use

webinterface is not able to do userinputs at the...

webinterface is not able to do userinputs at the moment, thats why you have to use vnc to do the dialogs with it. we are working on a webinterface only solution but this takes time.

you have to start jd with java -Xmx512m -jar...

you have to start jd with
java -Xmx512m -jar JDownloader.jar -debug >log.txt 2>log.txt
to prevent creating new jd process with the needed parameter
you need at least -Xmx100m or -Xmx200m
...

why not let jd run inside a vnc session (you dont need a xserver for that) and then can configure jd there and use webinterface for remote

we did many internal changes that are neccessary...

we did many internal changes that are neccessary for gui/guiless change...but no further work is done for better webinterface or so, because we have too many things on jd todo list at the moment.......
