Mangastream-plugin has problems with "+" in titles

Only manages to either parse page 16 of chapter 700+3 (idk what is up with this weird numbering system), page 15 of 700+4 or none at all often.
Chapters 1 and 2 are expired links, so can't test it...

Seems like the plugin doesn't pick up custom-cut streams that aren't in the videos list of that particular user.

Just updated Jdownloader 2 Beta, links ending in .html (older entries I guess) work fine on Mangapanda but on Mangareader they prompt the "Nothing found!"-dialogue box....
