Right-click the JDownloader app in the Finder and...

Right-click the JDownloader app in the Finder and select "Show Package Contents". From there you should be able to find the path as specified within the application bundle.

Java 1.6.0_29 just came out for Mac yesterday, so maybe that's where the issue lies. I haven't upgraded yet myself and now I'm thinking I should hold off.
