The hotlink has no extension so to add it you will either need to force jd or add ".jdeatme" to the end of the link of I'd have to add plugin support...

-Added support for those other video links
-HD will always be downloaded if it exists
-RTMP does not yet work in Stable, wait for next MAJOR update...
