Please post example URLs.
Recognizing mirrors only based on the UNSAFE filesize is not a good idea if you ask me.
If I had to guess I'd say your filenames are just too different to recognize these...

sorry but I do not really understand your issue or let's put it this way: This is what I understood:
The files/mirrors you want to download are named in a way so that JD doesn't recognize them...
