I suggest we do a teamviewer session (contact me via support@jdownloader.org) and we check/find out together. For me it is working fine. Each folder has its own package with correct path info set.

you have to move *adopt folder structure* below...

you have to move *adopt folder structure* below *create subfolder by packagename* ;)

Should be working with next update. Please make sure to enable Settings-Packagizer-Adopt folder structure. Maybe you can provide example with folder in folder, so I can check that too?
