When your link is in the Linkgrabber right click...

When your link is in the Linkgrabber right click on the video file then on youtube in the drop down menu and then change video variant in the secondary menu.

You will now have a choice of variants...

The YT slow speed issue only seems to occur with the video variants that use DASH_VIDEO container. I changed it to one that uses MP4 container and I seem to get full speed download.
