I think the word "Order" rather than "Priority" would be more appropriate for that column. Then there would be no ambiguity about how the rules are applied and the numerical order would make sense.

DataFile's Captcha's no longer work due to the "V1 Shutdown" at the end of last month. However, when a Captcha is requested there, you can enter any word you like and it allows the download to start....
