Check if you have entered your premium account in JDownloader and it's showing up as valid premium with correct expire date.
Also check that speedgraph doesn't show any red line (= enabled speed limit) and also make sure to use the same number of connections as IDM uses more by default whereas JDownloader only uses 1-2
