FYI, there is a WINDOWS_CREATELOG.BAT in the JD folder that includes the command-line you mentioned. However, this batch file doesn't do anything. It just flashes because JAVA.EXE is not in the search path. I had to copy the java.exe from the JRE7\bin or SysWOW64 folder to the JD path or include the long path in the command-line.
Attached are errlog.txt and log.txt.
