I am having the same issue as jamchen and alvinjian90...

I most definitely have a primo account with Ryushare but JD sees it as an invalid account, no matter what I try to do. I've uninstalled/reinstalled JD, deleted and replaced the account login info, and attempted to refresh the account info multiple times but it always comes back as invalid account. This has never been a issue before. I paid for the premium account status through Ryushare directly, then added the account info to JD. What can I do?
