I suspect that in the network of my university are throttling direct downloads so the download speed goes up and down continuously.
I had thought that if the system is sufficiently simple, maybe I can replace the hoster names (say rapidshare.com) for their real IPs (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX style) to avoid this throttling system.
The problem is that when I make the replacements and I reload these links in JDownloader it says that are offline, but when I try "Open in browser" these links are opened perfectly, anyone have any explanation?
