Ok, i finally got it working.
If your file looks like this:
k2s_cc/file/1234567890&site=example.com
then you need to set the "custom referrer" in the plugin settings to:
h_ttp://example.com/
This needs to match. If you paste a link without the &site=example.com part or if you leave out the custom referrer, the link will generate speed capped at 30kb/s.
