ddos-guard.net is just another service similar to Cloudflare so it can cause pretty much all issues explained in the
Cloudflare thread.
As explained, website owners can allow users/IPs/applications by configuring their website protection properly.

A JD restart will NOT fix this issue!!
All you can try to do is:
- Wait and try again later
and/or:
- Change your IP (restart your router if you got a dynamic IP or use a VPN [or turn your VPN off if you were already using one])
