I bought a program from the BBC Store and downloaded it. It came to my machine as an .ismv video. Nothing I've got will open or convert an .ismv video file. I searched a lot and this page helped me a lot. videoconverterfactory.com/tips/ismv-to-mp4.html and then I downloaded its program freely and upload my ismv file to the program and then choose mp4 as output format, everything is done!
