Well, thanks to everyone here for all thier help I got mine fixed too.
Thanks to denka I checked my environment variables and I was missing a path to java, so I added it to the user variables and everything works fine again.

P.S. I'm thinking that maybe uninstalling quicktime might have removes the variable, just a guess.
