Further info on my minimize to dock issue. It's not necessarily tied to downloads finishing. JD was just sitting there idle and at some point in the background it just decided to minimize to the dock all on it's own. I have the Light tray section disabled (assuming that's the non-mac equivalent name). Can we make sure that no auto-minimizing happens unless a preference specifies it.
