What did you change?
As said, our updates did not change this behavior.
Please go to Settings --> Advanced Settings:
mirrordetectiondecision --> FILENAME_FILESIZE
cleanupafterdownloadaction --> NEVER (= default setting)

Then also change Settings --> General --> If the file already exists --> Auto rename

This way your mirrors should not get recognized as mirrors anymore and you should be able to just download all at the same time.
