Either you send us logins to
support@jdownloader.org so we can try to reproduce the issue and fix it
or
provide a debug log. Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader
then remove/add the account and wait till the issue happens and create a log, see
