At this stage no, but maybe in future we will provide a little download only version.
Because of limitations by google(eg update policy, code loading..) we will not be able to provide a full solution with decrypter.
Our goal is to provide a download only version that can be controlled via MyJDownloader so you can move download tasks on your phone and then move the complete files back to your other JDownloader instance.
