Okay I see you seem to mean profiles that are only accessible when you're logged in at least most of the ones you've linked are such profiles.
As said, you just need to add your Instagram account to JD.
Keep in mind that JD cannot bypass the "private" restriction so you won't be able to download profiles that you e.g. cannot view via borwser either!
