There is no "hardcoded limit" - it is all obtained from website.
Also there are only three cases in which JD can display an errormessage and it depends mostly on the html code it gets from e-hentai.
Case 1:
html contains text "Your IP address has been temporarily banned for excessive pageloads"
Case 2:
html contains text "You have exceeded your image viewing limits. Note that you can reset these limits by going"
Case 3:
filename equals "509.gif"

No this makes no sense at all!
The limit displayed in JD is just a text.
Even if you would have reached the limit, and had 0 images left, JD would still attempt to download via your account!
