commited new update.

New openload plugin has 3 mode.

1: Pair mode
Streaming flie type only.
First time need captcha. this captcha expiration max 4 hours.

2: API mode
all flie type.
Sometimes captcha is required for each file.
Some user do not allow API mode.
API has limited bandwidth.

3: Old mode
all file type.
don't need captcha.
So best user friendly mode, but this mode cat and mouse game.
Sometimes it has error.

Priority 1 > 2 > 3
Can be changed with plugin option.

Use Pair (default on), Use API (default on)
