I received a startup error like this one:

I updated Java and reinstalled JD2. It starts up fine now BUT it collected configuration data from JD1 which I haven't used for months instead of the old JD2. So all links etc. are wrong.
I see that the old JD2 install is still intact with all its autoarchive files.
I now have two JD2 installations in %user%/appdata/local: one in folder JDownloader 2.0 and one in folder JDownloader v2.0.
So what is best way to sort this out and get my link lists back.
