It seems I am unable to download any mp3 tracks nor am I able to playback anything just to listen.

Is there some issue currently with the website or is it something specific to my account? I have tried items I have searched for and some very popular items just to see if anything would work and nothing is available to me for dl/playback.

Please help. I would appreciate any assistance or advice on how we can get things back to functional.
