I think I figured out what the problem is, it's because the final link is http which is getting blocked
This is how the final link looks like and since it's http, it's getting blocked.
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**..
When I change the http to https in the above link, it downloads fine!
So please update the plugin to do that!
