I had the same problem for weeks now. None of the suggested solutions worked for me.

Today i set the Jdownloader to a Download Speed limit just slightly below my average download speed. I no longer have any disconnects /Network Errors.
It s not an optimal solution, since it does not solve the problem. But it works fine for me. The constant disconnects were such a pain!
