I want to link someone outside of the forum to the start of a conversation on a support thread (so they know why they're having a problem--it's a known problem listed in the thread). But I don't want to link to
just the one post in the thread.
They also need to be able to see the posts that come
after the initial post which I'm linking to, in order to understand what's going on.
How do you do that? Trying to link to a post does View Single Post. What I'm trying to do is make a link that opens the thread at that post, and shows posts after that too.
All other forums I've ever used work like that so I'm very confused why I can't find how to do it here.
