Batoto changed their URL-format again, breaking the plugin.
Example links including those posted above starting with numbers in the title (shouldn't matter any longer anyway) and the random button:

Apparently you can switch now between different image servers too by clicking the gear symbol besides the page-dropdown menu, however it doesn't seem to be working right now since it always defaults back to Auto.
