Well this is a little bug but actually the plugin is supposed NOT TO DIRECTLY DECRYPT LINKS THAT HAVE CNL2 ON THE PAGE like yours so actually JD shouldn't even decrypt this one link automatically.
Visit the page and cvlick on the ClickAndLoad2 button to easily add the links to jdownloader!
For me this is solved as it isn't a big issue but
HERE is a Bugtracker ticket to find the bug that causes jd to decrypt this one hotfile link.
